HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a Maintenance/Utilization Engineer for Atria-Tekniikka’s operations on a permanent basis. The role involves ensuring the planning, execution and governance of projects and changes to building services and technical systems (including HVAC, refrigeration, chemicals, gases and sprinkler systems) at Atria’s Nurmo plant in Seinäjoki. You will be a specialist in the safe and reliable operation of building services, with emphasis on environmental considerations, and you will work closely with production, facilities monitoring and other engineering colleagues. You will lead development projects, manage schedules and maintenance responsibilities so that cost efficiency and reliability are achieved, and you will supervise your own maintenance personnel. Requirements include a suitable degree (e.g., HVAC engineering), prior experience with industrial building services maintenance, project planning or design, knowledge of building service regulations and regulatory authorities, and proficiency in English. We value certifications in chemical and pressure equipment operation or willingness to become certified in operation supervision.
