The Role: We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across Eight Sleep. You'll act as an internal headhunter, proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent rather than waiting on inbound applications. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build and manage pipelines, run a sharp interview process, and help us scale the teams that power our growth. Your job is to keep the pipeline full, the process fast, and the bar high. What You'll Need to Succeed: 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, D2C, or tech environment; Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates; Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and global regions; Strong stakeholder management and fluent English.

Requirements

- Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., marketing, web, mobile) and global regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with modern ATS tools (Ashby a plus)
- Fluent in English
