We are currently seeking a on-call MACHINE SNOW CLEARING WORKER to join our winter season operations in Kajaani. In this role you will be responsible for snow ploughing and moving snow on lots, roads and other outdoor areas using Wille and Volvo L60 machines. The work is primarily machine-based, but there is potential to perform other property maintenance tasks such as waste rounds and door checks if desired. Your assignments are located in Kajaani and the nearby area. Working hours and number of shifts are determined by snow conditions, with early morning starts and shifts that are typically on weekends and public holidays. This fixed-term winter position starts 2 November 2026 and ends 30 April 2027. The job pays according to the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement pay grade 4 (13.88 €/h) plus possible shift allowances based on actual hours worked and any applicable education allowance based on completed qualification.
