Operations and Maintenance Engineer

The open position is in the Energy Transition business unit, where we help customers improve the operational reliability of their production facilities and make maintenance more efficient. We deliver demanding project assignments in industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to improve productivity, take responsibility for the comprehensive maintenance and operational reliability of our customers’ production facilities, and provide resourcing and contracting services as well as subcontracting-chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects. Duties: Plan, prepare and schedule maintenance work. Create and maintain maintenance and servicing plans. Take part in planning annual maintenance and maintenance shutdowns. Analyse equipment failures and operational disturbances, and participate in improving operational reliability. Maintain the maintenance system and ensure its information is up to date. Coordinate maintenance resources, contractors and service providers. Take part in preparing maintenance work for investment and development projects. Act as the operating supervisor or deputy operating supervisor for boiler plants. Requirements: Suitable technical education (Master of Science in Technology, Bachelor of Engineering from a university of applied sciences, or chief engineer qualification). Experience in operations or maintenance roles in industry, energy production or the process industry. An interest in working with operational reliability and maintenance. An independent and solution-oriented approach to work. Good collaboration and communication skills. Fluent Finnish and sufficient English skills. Don’t meet every requirement?
