We are seeking a personal assistant for a female employer in Alahärmä. Working hours are approximately 11:00–19:00 on weekends and as needed on weekdays. Tasks include cooking, household chores, running errands, garden work, assisting with personal hygiene, help with dressing and moving (including wheelchair use) and supporting leisure activities. At present the job does not involve lifting the person being assisted. The employer belongs to the HETA union, and the employment contract follows the HETA collective agreement. Selection can be made during the application period once a suitable person is found. Please note that the employer is the person needing assistance themselves, i.e., a private individual. The South Ostrobothnia Personal Assistance Center provides guidance on employment matters and responsibilities for employers and does not act as the employer in this case.
