Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a permanent early childhood education teacher for Tiedonjyvän päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role is based in the daycare's home base, with one group of children. You will work as part of a three‑caregiver team, contributing to a warm, playful and safe operating culture. Our approach emphasizes sensitive work methods and appreciation of families, with a focus on calm, warm, genuinely present educators and a pedagogy that supports positive development. The position includes opportunities to influence leadership through the management team and collaboration with a broad support network. Employment details: permanent contract, 38 h 15 min per week with shifts typically 7:30–16:30. Salary starts at 3129.71–3234 EUR per month, with increments for relevant qualifications and master’s degree plus allowances. Required to provide a current criminal background check and TB screening for personnel working with under‑aged children.
