Freelance HSE Advisor / Manager - Data Centre Construction. Responsibilities of the role: Provide day-to-day HSE support on major data centre construction projects across Europe. Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety walks to maintain high safety standards. Review RAMS, permits, and other site safety documentation. Monitor key construction activities including MEP installations, lifting operations, electrical works, hot works, and working at height. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Work closely with site management, contractors, and client teams to promote a positive safety culture. Ensure compliance with local legislation, project procedures, and client requirements. Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and audit findings. NEBOSH-qualified with previous experience on data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
