We are seeking a dedicated and motivated childcare worker for Kilteri Daycare to cover parental leave from 10 August 2026 to 31 December 2026. The role involves three-shift work in a 24/7 daycare with age-appropriate pedagogy, small-group pedagogy, children’s participation and listening, and a calm environment that supports independent thinking. The daycare emphasizes ICT pedagogy, music, artistic expression, and physical activity, with seven groups and 32 staff. The work location is in Myyrmäki, Vantaa, with accessible facilities and a spacious outdoor area for outdoor pedagogy.
