What You’ll Need- Required Qualifications- Experience with Cumulus NOS- 5+ years of experience in large-scale data center networking- Experience in spine-leaf architectures and L3 fabrics- Experience with BGP, EVPN, VXLAN- Experience operating HPC or GPU-dense environments- Experience designing networks for hyperscalers, neoclouds, or high-scale SaaS infrastructure- Experience in automation with Python/Ansible/Terraform- Experience with network observability tooling- Proven ability to design scalable systems- Strong documentation and communication skills- Ideal Experience- Familiarity with NVIDIA networking (Spectrum, Quantum, BlueField)- Familiarity with RDMA, RoCE, InfiniBand- Multi-region backbone design- Bare-metal provisioning systems- Experience in high-growth infra startups- Fully remote out of continental U.S.– visa sponsorship not available- Competitive compensation with base salary USD 150k-190k plus discretionary bonus, equity and benefits- Base salary USD 150,000 - 190,000- Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, RSUs, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, winter break, parental leave, and more- Company-wide inclusive environment

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable spine/leaf architectures
  • Engineer high-performance Ethernet fabrics
  • Build EVPN/VXLAN, BGP environments
  • Optimize east-west traffic
  • Support RoCE/RDMA networking
  • Support backbone, DCI, WAN, edge connectivity
  • Collaborate with compute/storage/AI teams
  • Develop IaC solutions for network provisioning
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • Improve observability and telemetry

Requirements

  • Experience with Cumulus NOS
  • 5+ years of data center networking
  • Experience in spine-leaf architectures and L3 fabrics
  • Experience with BGP, EVPN, VXLAN
  • Experience with HPC or GPU-dense environments
