The feeling of home comes from the little things. Would you like to help create them? Attendo Mattilanpuisto will soon open in Mattilanpelto, Jyväskylä. It is a new 60-place 24-hour residential care home for older people, and we are looking for a care assistant to help build everyday life in the new home from the very beginning. A clean environment, fresh textiles and smooth meal services are not just background tasks; they are an important part of our residents’ comfort and well-being. In this role, you will join the new home’s work community and help ensure that our residents’ everyday life runs as comfortably as possible. What will you do? - Ensure that laundry services run smoothly. - Assist with food services and create pleasant mealtimes. - Maintain the home’s general cleanliness and comfort. - Work closely with care staff. - Help establish the practices and community of the new Attendo Mattilanpuisto from the outset. - Make a difference through your work so that our residents can genuinely feel at home. The position is full-time and permanent. The start date is 4 January 2027. What do we require from you? - No qualification is required for the care assistant role, but experience in similar work is considered an advantage. - Fluent Finnish. - A hygiene passport, or willingness to obtain one at the beginning of employment. - Vaccination protection as required by the Communicable Diseases Act. - A criminal record extract.
