Shift Manager

We are seeking a Shift Manager for Juustoportti Kärsämäki to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the cafe-restaurant and delicatessen, alongside a cafe-restaurant manager. The role includes leading the shift by example, supporting the team in daily situations, ensuring friendly service and high-quality products for every guest. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, guiding staff during shifts, and ensuring product availability and merchandising, as well as handling administrative tasks together with your supervisor. The job is two-shift work aligned with station opening hours. We value previous supervisory experience or relevant training, strong customer service background, teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and guide the team toward common goals, composure under busy conditions, proactivity, organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach. English language skills are an added advantage. We offer a varied and responsible role within Juustoportti’s travel-store concept, with full-time permanent employment (112.5 h/3 weeks).
