Store Manager

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead Tupoksen ABC at Tupoksen ABC in Liminka. The role starts as agreed with the employer, with October 2026 as the target start. As ABC Manager you will oversee the daily operations of Tupoksen ABC, ensuring a high-quality customer experience, motivating staff, and driving business forward with a customer-centric and people-focused approach. You will lead from the front, stay composed under pressure, and adapt to changing situations. You should have prior supervisory experience in the restaurant or retail sectors, and experience in traffic-station customer service is considered an asset. A proactive, target-driven work attitude and ability to work independently are valued, along with sociability and strong teamwork skills. We provide a competitive manager salary (3700–4700 €/month). Salary is influenced by previous experience and skills in similar roles.
