You will join the Decision Tools team — a fully remote team distributed across Europe — as a contract Product Manager, working on AI Personas — synthetic consumer personas grounded in a company's own research that insights teams can interrogate before committing real budget to a launch. The product is early, the customer pull is real, and the open questions are substantive: how accurate is accurate enough, how do we earn trust in synthetic outputs, and what does the workflow look like when a researcher can ask a persona anything? This is a hands-on role. You will run discovery with enterprise customers across the US and Europe, write crisp problem definitions, work in two-week sprints with engineers and designers, and ship. We use AI heavily in our own product development — prototyping with prompts, drafting specs with agents — and we expect you to be fluent doing the same.
