Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for the security technology business unit of Avarn Security to work in a full-time, permanent position. The role covers maintenance and upkeep of security technology solutions, mainly for the Jyväskylä area and Eastern Finland, with the worksite located at our Jyväskylä office. As Maintenance Manager you will ensure smooth maintenance operations and profitability for the Jyväskylä and Eastern Finland units, develop and maintain customer relationships, and cooperate closely with regional project organizations and the national maintenance unit. Your daily tasks include managing maintenance work, tendering, contract negotiations, and new customer acquisition. You will report to the Service Director. Key tasks include organizing and leading regional maintenance work, managing customer relationships, sales and tendering, supervisory tasks, and other administrative duties. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in similar roles; industry-specific technical knowledge and problem-solving skills; teamwork and the ability to work with diverse people; experience in sales and customer relations, and basic financial literacy; willingness to travel within Finland; security clearance is required for the role; suitable educational background such as electrical, electronics or ICT; security training is a plus; proficiency in Finnish and English (written and spoken); ability to use common MS Office tools; familiarity with computers and telecommunications networks; valid B-class driving license.
