Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a preschool teacher for Aurinkokiven Daycare in Vantaa. The role involves planning and implementing pedagogical activities for a group of 3–5 year olds, building the learning environment, coordinating with other staff, and evaluating progress in line with the Vantaa early childhood education plan and unit action plan. We value strong teamwork, responsiveness to each child's individual needs, and the ability to work multi-disciplinarily. The unit uses the ProVaka approach to support children's social skills, and you will contribute to the unit’s pedagogical development together with staff. The position is a fixed-term contract to 31.08.2026 or as agreed, 38 h 15 min per week, full-time, with a trial period of 2 months.
