A temporary IT on-site support role in Lahti area. The successful candidate will work as part of the client’s IT service delivery team, primarily handling workstation deployments, installations and introductory IT support at customer sites. The job involves travel between multiple customer locations within the Lahti area and requires access to a personal car. Full-time position (37.5 h/week), weekday office hours. Key tasks include workstation deployment and delivery to end-users, hardware preparation, installation and onboarding, basic on-site IT support, handling hardware replacement projects and onboarding bundles, and maintaining related documentation. Requirements include relevant IT education and prior hands-on IT support or device installation experience (through work or internships), customer-service oriented attitude, fluency in Finnish and English, and a valid B-driver’s license with the ability to use a personal car for work.
