The data center and industrial construction business delivers data centers, demanding industrial projects and energy facilities. As a Design Engineer, you will work on Finland’s largest data center and industrial construction projects. You will be part of the project design management organisation and work closely with design managers, construction sites, designers and other project stakeholders. You will participate in directing and coordinating project design and support design management with design scheduling, monitoring and maintaining design-management documentation. You will work at the interface between design and production, ensuring information flow, progress of design solutions and timely availability of design materials for site needs. You will participate in preparing design meetings and monitoring design progress. Understanding of design processes, the use of building information models and the fundamentals of buildability. Ability to use digital design-management tools. A higher-education degree suited to the role. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills. Fluent Finnish and English. We value experience with large construction, infrastructure, industrial or data center projects, as well as an interest in developing your expertise in design management, construction and project management. You will succeed by working systematically and proactively, managing several matters at once and collaborating smoothly with different stakeholders.
