We are looking for a digital nurse to join our team in a full-time fixed-term position (agreement until 30 April 2027). Your core task as a on-call nurse is to assess care needs across multiple channels, 24/7 every day of the year. You will guide and advise customers professionally and clearly using digital tools and, when necessary, direct the customer to the most appropriate care according to urgency levels. The work is independent, but decisions are supported by Kaiku24’s own remote doctors.

Requirements
- Licensed registered nurse, paramedic, or public health nurse (Laillistettu pätevyys)
- 5 years of experience in SOTE sector
- Fluency in Finnish and Swedish
- Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and night shifts
- Ability to work in a digital environment
