Job Description Hydraspecma is a well-known international operator that imports and manufactures hydraulic products. Their own manufacturing enables high added value, which is an absolute competitive advantage in the market. Customers include large and small machine builders across Finland. In the KAM role, you will be responsible for large OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) accounts, with a focus on the Pirkanmaa region. You will create long-term partnerships and influence how leading machine builders optimize their production and logistics. You will be backed by a professional team that supports you in high-quality customer service and handles the administrative management of the accounts. What does the position offer? Tasks As a Key Account Manager, you do not just sell products, but solutions and peace of mind. You are responsible for a designated portfolio that includes both established large partnerships and high-potential growth accounts. Some new customer acquisition is also expected, although the primary focus is on managing existing accounts. Key areas of responsibility: - Building Partnerships: You act as a strategic partner for large OEM customers. Customers are primarily located in the Pirkanmaa region, and the work requires a weekly presence in Pirkanmaa. Occasional business trips to other parts of Finland are also required. - Technical Consulting: You discuss with customers (especially designers) and help them find the best solutions to support product development. - Internal Cooperation: You act as a link between production, purchasing, product management, and customer service. You ensure that the team can serve the customer in the best possible way and that goods are in stock when needed. - Negotiations: You are responsible for price and contract negotiations. - New Customer Acquisition: You strive to acquire new customers and grow them into future large partnerships. We are looking for A personality who makes things happen. Your working style is professional and independent, but you possess excellent interaction skills. You know how to utilize team support to achieve the best result. - Education & Technical Expertise: Technical education (e.g., MSc or UAS) or extensive experience in a technical field (you have a good understanding of manufacturing industry processes and criteria). Additionally, you understand at least the basics of hydraulics. - Sales Background: You have strong evidence of sales work in technical wholesale and have worked with OEM accounts. - Language Skills: Fluent Finnish and English are essential due to global accounts. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. - Willingness to Travel: The position requires regular movement at the customer interface (approx. 6–8 visits/month). You must have a category B driver's license.
