Service Center Employee

We are seeking a service center employee for CERTEGO 24/7 on a 0–40 h/week contract for a 6-month fixed-term employment relationship at our Jyväskylä unit. Are you our new service center employee? In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in an interesting and versatile service center role in the security sector. Your day in our service center may include, for example, receiving various maintenance tickets multi-channelly from different properties and business premises, such as door openings or various damages in properties. Our service center also receives HVAC alarms, advises residents on home security and technical matters, guides residents on how to act in property fault and emergency situations, and works in cooperation with various authorities, such as the rescue department, police, emergency care, and sea rescue. Work shifts are basically 8-hour shifts on weekdays in the Jyväskylä alarm center, but the possibility of occasional shift work exists. We require from a new certego employee basic IT skills as well as good Finnish and English language skills. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage in the position. The main focus of the work is on customer service, so good interaction skills, a flexible and solution-oriented approach, and good stress tolerance are important in rapidly changing situations. In addition, knowledge of building automation and previous experience working in an alarm center environment are considered an advantage.
