Meeting Services Customer Service

Coorin customer service agent for meeting services: you will be part of making our clients’ daily life better, value ideas, and offer opportunities to grow. You will handle meeting service coordination in a Helsinki Vallila office, with shifts 7:00–17:00 on weekdays. The role starts in November, or by 1 December 2026. You will work in a small, friendly team of about twenty Coor colleagues to ensure smooth operations at the headquarters. Requirements include prior customer service experience, proficiency with Office 365, Finnish and English fluency, and the possibility of drug testing and background check for the selected candidate.
