Family Day Caregiver

Each group contains up to four children, enabling diverse activities and daily engagement while offering freedom within a supportive framework. The role is embedded in a franchise model as part of Kultapalat, with support for starting and running the business. Responsibilities include daily supervision of children, ensuring a safe and warm environment, and collaborating with co-workers to deliver individualized attention. Requirements include daycare experience and suitable training (early childhood education qualifications, e.g., childminder, social services student or preschool teacher). The employer offers a ready-made concept, startup assistance, ongoing training, and a supportive community. Location is Lohja, Finland. Salary is approximately €3,000 per month with seven weeks of vacation per year for a four-child group.
