Sourcing Manager Would you like to build a supply chain that enables Vetcare’s growth and internationalisation? Vetcare has launched its new strategy period for 2026–2030. Our goal is to be the most impactful player in animal wellbeing by building growth in Finland, expanding internationally and developing our overall animal-wellbeing portfolio. We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager for a new role, someone who wants to help build our next phase of growth. Why is this a strategic role? As Sourcing Manager, you will play a key role in connecting product development, commercial objectives and supply-chain performance. You will help enable Vetcare’s internationalisation and entry into new markets, build a profitable and competitive product portfolio, create long-term value-creating partnerships, and develop a responsible, scalable and risk-managed supply chain. The role includes responsibility for: - Strategic sourcing - Supplier negotiations and supplier relationship development - Negotiating purchasing agreements and commercial terms - Optimising procurement costs - Supply-chain risk management and responsibility Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who sees procurement as a competitive advantage, not merely as cost control. We hope you have: - Several years of experience and a track record in sourcing, procurement or supply-chain management - Evidence of successful supplier negotiations - Experience in an international supplier environment - Familiarity with a regulated environment, possibly - Strong interaction and communication skills in both Finnish and English You are a business-oriented, analytical and collaborative professional who is enthusiastic about finding new opportunities, building partnerships and enabling growth. You can act boldly, openly and effectively, and build solutions together with internal and external partners.
