Oversight Coordinator

We are seeking an oversight coordinator to implement internal control and supervision within the welfare region. The role involves planning, reporting and guiding services, and working in cooperation with authorities and expert networks. You would be part of a team responsible for quality and customer safety in social and health care services, primarily in social care located in the Western Uusimaa region. A driving licence is required; owning a car is not necessary. Key duties include planning, executing and reporting surveillance activities in own and procured services, guiding service providers on self-control matters during surveillance visits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and supervisory authorities. The role requires ability to understand complex entities, systematic working, and clear communication. Prior experience in self-supervision/surveillance or quality management in social and health care is valued. Hybrid work model with at least two days per week at the Otaniemi office. Six-month probation. Suitable higher education in social or health care is required.
