Production Worker

We operate in several regions in Finland and our headquarters are in Tampere. We are now seeking for our client in Kanta-Häme a PRODUCTION WORKER. The job includes tasks from supervising and operating production lines to handling material flows and quality monitoring. The work combines practical doing, precision and responsibility, and offers opportunities to learn new production technology and processes. The work environment is modern and well organized, and every employee is a crucial part of a smooth production chain. Daily tasks may include monitoring and operating production lines, handling and moving materials, quality checks and measurements, and other supportive production tasks. The job is shift-based, including evening, night and weekend work. Shifts bring variation and also enable days off during the week. We expect you to have: experience in production, warehouse or process work; forklift or other machinery operation experience; basic technical understanding; safe and meticulous working methods; at least 18 years of age; Finnish language skills; ability to commute to work by car; proactive, self-driven and responsible attitude; willingness to learn and work as part of a team. The position follows the Technology Industry Collective Agreement. Basic pay is 12 € / h, and total earnings with allowances are about 15–16 € / h. The contract starts as fixed-term full-time work.
