- Define product strategy and drive end-to-end product experiences for Korea market
- Partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions
- Prioritize engineering resources and work closely with SCRUM teams
- Translate market insights into product roadmaps and measure performance with data
- Collaborate across regions and functions to solve complex problems and drive business impact
- Lead localization initiatives to improve traveler experience across the product journey
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field
- Proven analytics and quantitative methods experience
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication in Korean and English
- Korea market localization experience
- Product development in fast-paced environments
- Go-to-market and cross-functional leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
