Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a permanent Estimator / Project Manager for our client in Turku. The role primarily involves handling bids for earthworks and infrastructure projects and performing cost and bid calculations using Excel. Depending on your skills and interests, the role may expand to coordinating and leading projects. The work can be done mainly remotely, but requires presence at the company office about once a week and participation in tender negotiations. Our client has increasingly focused on earthworks over traditional construction, and prior experience in earthworks bidding is preferred, though experience in construction is also a plus. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, develop their own role, and actively contribute to the company's future growth.
