Practical problem-solver with customer care. We seek someone who can make things work and ensure customers feel well taken care of. When a dispenser or a dosing system needs installation, a solution isn’t working, or a customer needs training, you are the person who creates control. The role combines technical field work, planning and customer contact. You work independently, but never alone: sales, product and colleagues are available when the mission requires more heads. A good week may include planned service visits to restaurants, institutions or other professional customers; mounting and adjusting dosing equipment with focus on safety, quality and ease of use; troubleshooting where you listen first, then test and finally explain the solution in a language the customer understands; training a customer to get the best possible effect from the products and equipment; a chat with the sales team about a customer who needs a better or bigger solution; documentation and planning that makes clear what happens next. Minimum for the role: Driver's license class B; practical experience showing you can assemble, maintain or troubleshoot; Norwegian at a level that allows you to guide customers and document work. What you get: a clear training path and experienced colleagues to spar with; company car, equipment and framework enabling quality; freedom to plan and take responsibility; opportunity to develop both technical and commercial competence; bonus potential and good pension and insurance arrangements. Other information: Workplace primarily Eastern Norway, but travel across Norway expected. Start as soon as possible. Application deadline: 20 September 2026. Send CV and a short note why this practical and customer-facing role suits you. Contact: Nikolaj Vesterheden, Commercial Director Norway | +47 948 13 309 | nikolaj.vesterheden@kiilto.com
