Practical Nurse

Within our team there is room for a practical nurse who wishes to do meaningful work in the client’s home. We at Onni understand that home is the most important place in a person’s life, which is why we offer around-the-clock, individualized and high-quality care for our clients in their own homes – safely and humanely. As a practical nurse you are a key part of the client’s everyday life at home and enable them to live their own life at home. You work closely with the nurse and team supervisor, ensuring the client receives high-quality care as part of the respiratory support team. The work takes place in permanent night shifts, allowing you to provide nursing care in a calm environment and to focus on the client’s well-being. In the respiratory support team you care for one client at a time, which makes the work less rushed, more individualized and client-centered. We offer meaningful and varied work and a thorough onboarding. You do not need previous experience with ventilator-dependent clients, as you will receive comprehensive onboarding to both the job and the use of the ventilator. We want you to feel confident and secure while working. Onboarding is tailored to each background and skill level. In addition to the client, your daily work is shared with the team supervisor and our close, skilled, and supportive team.
