Job Description

The role is based in Belgium and will cover the Belgian market and international accounts managed by Acolad’s Belgian division. As a hands-on, sales-focused account professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within your portfolio by building strong customer relationships and actively converting opportunities into tangible business results. This role requires a proactive, high-touch approach, combining practical account management with direct selling, upselling, and cross-selling activities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address risks early, and consistently identify ways to expand the partnership while keeping a clear focus on execution and pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing day-to-day account needs, monitoring account health, coordinating with internal teams, keeping CRM data up to date, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Goals include growing revenue, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, executing account plans, contributing to reviews, tracking performance, and ensuring customer retention. Requirements include fluency in Dutch, good command of French, proficiency in English, at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development, experience in the technology sector, familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, and ability to work on-site in Brussels.
