Employment Broker

We are seeking two permanent employment brokers to join Hämeenlinna's employment services from 1.1.2027. The successful candidates will aim to build productive and impactful employment by connecting job seekers and employers, identifying opportunities, and facilitating recruitment and sustainable employment in collaboration with job seekers, employers, and networks. Key tasks include promoting employment for job seekers over 30 and international residents of Hämeenlinna, assessing clients’ skills and strengths, matching them to suitable employment solutions, facilitating successful recruitments, maintaining employer cooperation, handling unemployment-benefit related authorities tasks, monitoring results, and developing operating models in collaboration with the team. The role requires goal-oriented, proactive, solution-focused attitude, strong interpersonal and digital skills, and willingness to travel within the TyöHäme region (especially Hämeenlinna central city and municipalities). We value experience in employment services and recruitment processes, network work, and diverse language skills. The salary is based on the pay grade system: 3100.16 €/month, plus experience-based allowances under the collective agreement. A university degree is required and a 6-month probation period applies.
