Snow Removal Worker for the Winter Season

Snow Removal Worker for Otaniemi, Espoo, for the 2026–2027 winter season We are looking for early risers who enjoy physical work to work as snow removal workers for our property-sector client in Otaniemi, Espoo, during the winter season. Workdays consist mainly of manual snow clearance and spreading grit. The work is offered on a call-in basis depending on snow conditions, so you may be called in at very short notice. Work is estimated to be available from November to April, and weekly working hours vary according to the weather. Work takes place on weekdays and weekends, and shifts may begin very early in the morning, for example at 3:00 a.m. Normal working time is 7.5 hours per day. Finnish or English is spoken at the worksite. You must have an Occupational Safety Card. A driving licence is not required. However, public transport does not run during the night, and work may begin as early as 3:00 a.m., so a car may be useful for getting to work. Previous experience in the field is not necessarily required, as an energetic and flexible attitude towards work may be enough.
