We are hiring part-time healthcare assistants to provide home-based childcare support for families in Espoo. The role involves working with children and their families in the families' homes and surrounding areas, engaging in typical childcare activities such as outdoor play, indoor play, and excursions to local libraries, and following the family's routines. Experience with infants and young children is valued, as is the ability to support parents with issues around breastfeeding, sleep patterns, and recognizing babies' needs. We welcome reliable and flexible individuals who are genuinely interested in childcare. Training will be provided at the start. A criminal background check is required. You can choose how many clients you work with. The job offers a varied workload with shifts mornings, days, and/or evenings, and a flexible weekly schedule.
