We are hiring practical nurses for home-based child care for families in the Espoo area. You will work with children and their families in various child-care activities at the families' homes and in surrounding areas. Tasks may include outdoor play, indoor activities, and outings such as a local library visit, all aligned with the family's daily routines. We value genuine interest in child care, commitment to assigned client cases, and the ability to support parents in challenges they face, for example with breastfeeding, sleep patterns, or recognizing a baby’s needs. You should have confidence in caring for newborns. Responsibilities include facilitating developmentally appropriate care, maintaining relationships with families, and supporting children's well-being. Training will be provided at the start of the role. A criminal record extract per the Finnish law will be required.
