Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join the Lystilä day care in Vantaa for the under-3 group. Work shifts vary on weekdays from 6:00 to 17:10. The team includes one other early childhood education teacher, a social pedagogist, and a child carer; the day care employs multiple specialists including a development and learning support assistant and a substitute teacher. The position is permanent with a start date negotiable. Requirements include: a valid qualification as an early childhood education teacher (per the Finnish Varhaiskasvatuksen lainsäädäntö). Salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR per month, with additional monthly allowances for possessing the required or master-level qualifications. The contract is governed by the Municipal Education Personnel collective agreement. The position is full-time with a 6-month probation period. Interviews may be conducted via video.
