Personal Assistant

We are seeking personal assistants for gig-work with Mehiläinen’s personal assistance service in Ylöjärvi. Your tasks include helping clients with daily activities such as housekeeping, shopping, and activities outside the home. The role is flexible and no prior experience is required—attitude matters most. The supervisor is the client or their authorized proxy; you are employed by Mehiläinen. For more, watch our video about the assistant role. We hire primarily for weekday shifts, with hours determined by the client’s needs. We consider your preferences to find assignments with good travel connections and aim to establish long-term familiar clients. You should be reliable and able to commit long-term. Nationwide employer offers opportunities even in changing life situations. Requirements include being of legal age, Finnish language skills at least B1, reliability, initiative, and a customer-focused attitude. As the process advances, you may need to provide a criminal record extract for working with the elderly and disabled. Medical TB screening is required for THL risk criteria. Hourly pay: €12.79–€14.06, with surcharges for evenings (+15%), nights (+40%), Saturdays (+25%), and Sundays/holidays (+100%). Keikkatyösuhteessa additional vacation pay 9% of hourly wage.
