HVAC Designer

Would you like to develop HVAC solutions for a variety of projects as part of an expert team? Are you technically skilled and ready to further develop your professional expertise? We are looking for a skilled HVAC designer for our client company in Turku for a permanent position. You will work on varied projects and apply your technical expertise to practical design work. To succeed in the role, you have a solution-oriented and independent approach to work, as well as relevant experience in HVAC design. The position also offers a good opportunity to develop your project-management skills and take responsibility for project progress. Further information about the work The office is in Turku, with good transport connections. The employment is permanent and the role is full-time. The position is 37.5 hours per week. Working hours are weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00, with flexible scheduling. The working languages are Finnish and English. The design projects mainly involve public buildings and properties, such as schools, day-care centres, sports facilities and cultural venues. Key responsibilities You will carry out 3D design as part of client projects and contracts. You will ensure the quality, functionality and documentation of design solutions. You will support sales and tender calculations with your technical expertise. You will work closely with clients, manufacturing and suppliers. You will take part in client visits and the technical delivery of projects when needed. You will develop design solutions together with other designers. What we expect from you Suitable technical education, such as a Bachelor of Engineering from a university of applied sciences or a Master of Science in Technology. Several years of relevant experience in 3D design. Good IT skills and a willingness to learn to use the company’s systems. A customer-oriented and precise approach to work.
