Childcare Worker

Lead with a warm and professional approach as a childcare worker in an around-the-clock daycare setting. The role involves supporting daily pedagogical activities, engaging in small-group pedagogy, ensuring children are heard and valued, and incorporating technology, music, arts, and physical activity into daily routines. The daycare employs 32 childcare staff, and the team is described as skilled, committed, and collaborative. The position is a fixed-term replacement for a parental leave, from August 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026, with a three-shift schedule. The work site is in Vantaa, near Myyrmäki, in a single-story, modern facility with a large gym, atelier, nature-study room, and a spacious outdoor area for outdoor pedagogy.
