Electrical Accessories Product Manager

One position is with Würth Oy in Riihimäki and the other with Würth Elektronik Oy in Nurmijärvi. At Würth Oy you will manage a broad range of electrical accessories serving multiple customer groups, combining assortment and product development with technical expertise and close cooperation with sales, influencing products, pricing and sourcing locations, and supporting sales and customers with technical know-how. At Würth Elektronik Oy you will take broad responsibility for the industrial electrical product range and its commercial development, developing assortments and supplier cooperation, supporting and training sales, and actively contributing to sales development. In both roles you will be supported by Würth Group’s extensive procurement and supplier network and a strong sales organization. The role blends independent work with collaboration with sales and customers and requires precise product management. What we require: technical know-how of electrical products, commercial understanding and interest in developing sales. Background could be in technical sales, product or category management or other electrical industry expert roles – you do not need to be ready to be a product manager from day one. You also need an independent and systematic work style, good English, proficiency with Office, and willingness to travel domestically. An electrical industry education provides a solid foundation, but strong practical experience can compensate. Experience in procurement, product or portfolio management or supplier cooperation is a plus. Why join us?
