Childcare Worker

We are seeking a Swedish-speaking childcare worker for Håkansböle Daycare in Vanda. You will be part of the pedagogical team and collaborate with professionals across disciplines. You will contribute to creating an inclusive culture within the unit and support children with their everyday needs. You should have good teamwork skills, communicate safely and respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to children’s individual needs. The position is in a brand-new day care facility being prepared for autumn 2027, Silva Daycare, with modern facilities to support pedagogical work, collaboration and sustainable daily life. The employment type is limited-term with a 4-month probation and a 38 h 15 min per week schedule. Salary is set at 2553.28 EUR per month, with possible additional pay based on prior experience. Requirements include possessing a child care qualification under the Small Child Care Act and good Swedish language skills.
