Job Title: Freelance Creative Operations Manager — DACH Location: Remote (with CET time zone overlap) Type: Freelance · Project-based (with potential to expand to multiple projects) ABOUT SHOOK DIGITAL We build the production engine for advertisers. We help brands scale their TikTok presence by turning creative chaos into high-performing systems. ROLE We want someone to own the production machine — develop concept and script, then manage talent, deadlines, and constraints to deliver high-performing assets. You will lead shoots, coordinate with AI tools, and manage creator networks. REQUIREMENTS Native or native-level German (C1/C2) for German-speaking client base; hands-on scriptwriting and concept-development experience; strong ownership and ability to work autonomously; TikTok fluency; high agency and direct communication skills; collaborative and resilient. OFFER Remote-first with CET overlap; onboarding up to 50 hours; flexible, autonomous work environment; opportunities for career growth.
