Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be an integral part of our global legal team. This role is based remotely anywhere in the United States in EST or CST Time Zones. This role would cover activities in North America primarily, with support in EMEA and APAC as needed. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing legal support for channel partner activities, assisting in product launches and other matters, handling day-to-day legal inquiries, and coordinating reviews as needed. Qualifications include Juris Doctorate and 8+ years of international corporate experience, SaaS experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including strategic transactions, partner agreements, licenses, SaaS and professional services agreements, data processing agreements, and vendor contracts
- Provide and lead legal support for channel partner activities
- Assist with product launches, collections, HR and/or litigation matters
- Handle day-to-day legal inquiries and coordinate reviews as needed
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate
- 8+ years of international corporate experience
- SaaS and channel partner program experience
- Sales team support in a technology company
- Product launches experience preferred
