Food Service Worker

The duties of a food service worker mainly involve dishwashing during lunchtime. The tasks may include other supporting kitchen tasks according to ability. In addition we share responsibility for e.g. self-monitoring, waste tracking and various cleaning tasks. Working hours: Mon-Fri around 10:30–14:30. It would be great if you have a suitable food service or restaurant sector qualification and/or previous experience in similar roles. In addition to training or experience we are looking for a person who is service-minded with good cooperation and communication skills, who can work independently and be flexible in changing situations. Knowledge of special diets and familiarity with Aromi14 production control system are preferred. We hope you are positive and outgoing and fit the school setting personality-wise. We work closely with customers and hope your smile and friendliness spread to them as well. We require adequate Finnish language skills and a hygienic pass. Salary is in accordance with KT’s company-sector YTES and the base full-time salary is 2083.29–2139.12 €/month, depending on your professional skill and level. In part-time work salary is determined by the working time percentage. Additionally any experience-based longevity allowance will be paid if the chosen person has earned relevant work experience.
