Are you the poro-guide we are looking for? We are hiring for Kujalan Porotila in Kuusamo for the winter season 2026-2027. As a reindeer park guide you will join a diverse and experiential customer service role. Your duties include customer service and guiding visitors in Finnish and English. You also care for reindeer daily, including feeding and welfare monitoring. You guide guests on safaris and farm tours, describing reindeer life and the farm's history. You may participate in training the reindeer and various farm maintenance tasks. Prior experience in similar roles or with reindeer is beneficial but not required. We will train you at the start. You work as part of a large and experienced team of guides and reindeer professionals. Good physical condition, sociable nature and genuine interest in animals and outdoor life are assets. We value honesty, responsibility and initiative. Work starts in November per contract lasting to March-April. The employment is full-time, but you may discuss different hours in your application. We assist with housing if needed. The contract is between Bondata and the employee. Terms follow the ohjelmapalvelualan työehtosopimus (service industry collective agreement).
