Electrician

We are seeking electricians for our customer projects across Finland. You will work on significant energy and data center projects, contributing to the construction, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems as part of a skilled project team. Projects vary from new builds to expansions and renovations, allowing you to work with modern technologies and systems and to develop your skills in diverse environments. The role is mainly travel-based, requiring readiness to travel and work across Finland according to project needs. The position suits both experienced professionals and apprentices starting their careers, with duties tailored to your competence and experience. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Lead electrical installation tasks in accordance with project plans and quality requirements. Your daily tasks include: installing electrical and automation equipment; cable laying, connection and termination work; testing and commissioning support; measurements and ensuring installation quality; utilizing technical drawings and documentation; documenting work phases per project requirements; mechanical installation tasks when needed; following safety and quality guidelines. We expect: electrical training and/or work experience in electrical installation; experience in industrial, energy or power-plant environments; ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics and technical documents; willingness to travel and work at project sites across Finland; proactive and meticulous work attitude; problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project situations; commitment to safe and high-quality work. Nice to have: familiarity with common IT tools; English and/or Swedish language skills.
