What will help you thrive in this role: You are a customer-focused and proactive professional with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing operational excellence with business priorities. Experience & Platform Operations: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) and/or Key Management Systems (KMS) in production environments, with strong operational expertise in enterprise platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, or Fortanix, ensuring service availability, lifecycle management, monitoring, and routine maintenance. DevOps & Integration Support: Experience supporting integrations with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar), directory services (Active Directory), and authentication services. Strong focus on automation and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or similar) to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. Working knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) is an advantage. Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management: Strong problem-solving and incident management skills with a customer-focused mindset. Proven ability to operate in SLA/OLA-driven environments, prioritize and resolve issues effectively, and maintain service reliability.
