Your work day at Ruka-Kuusamo Tourism Information may include customer service, sharing hiking tips, selling program services and various guidance. What kind of person we are looking for? You are service-minded and enjoy people even in busy times. You know the Ruka-Kuusamo area or you are ready to master it quickly. You master the basic Office programs and are keen to learn new tech. You have education in tourism or another suitable field. You speak and serve in Finnish and English fluently; additional languages are a big plus. Social media skills and interest in local activities are welcome too. What we offer? A fixed-term employment until the end of March 2027. Average 60 hours / 3 weeks (hours flexible). Salary according to MaRaVa TES (pay grade 4). Start in late November, exact date per contract. Opening hours in winter season are 9–18.
