Customer Service Advisor

Luckan Raseborg is looking for a service-minded customer advisor for its new information point in Hanko. The employment is full-time and fixed-term from 1 December 2026 to 30 April 2028, with the possibility of an extension. The duties include customer service, ticket sales, and marketing and communications related to the city's attractions and current affairs. You will coordinate small-scale events together with our friendly team. Other daily duties and preparations related to organising events are also part of the work. You will serve local residents and visitors in the heart of Hanko, in the premises of Hanko Town Hall, which also house the city's tourist office and cultural office. In addition, you will actively cooperate with other city services, such as youth services and employment services. We believe you will enjoy the role if you are organised, proactive and a true problem-solver. You are professional and energetic, and your passion for customer service and customer satisfaction is evident in everything you do. The role requires excellent Finnish and Swedish and good English.
