Customer Service Advisor

Job description: Advising and supporting customers with everyday banking and financial services by phone. Identifying sales leads and directing them to specialists. Ensuring a consistent and positive customer experience. Working as part of a customer service team. We expect you to have excellent Finnish and fluent English skills; Swedish language skills are considered a particular advantage. You have completed vocational training, a university of applied sciences degree, or university studies. You have good problem-solving and teamwork skills, fluent IT skills, and customer service experience, preferably in sales-oriented work. Previous experience in banking or insurance is an advantage.
