Long-reach Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced long-reach excavator operator for a Kajaani-based project. The ideal candidate has several years of experience operating long-reach excavators in diverse earthworks and/or infrastructure construction tasks, can work independently, and demonstrates a safe work approach. Previous experience with 3D machine control is considered an advantage. The work is expected to start around August–September 2026, with an initial duration through November–December 2026 and potential continuation within the project. The sites are located in the Kajaani area; accommodation is arranged for traveling workers. Required: extensive experience with long-reach excavators, valid safety card, safe and independent work attitude, willingness to work shifts and travel, fluent Finnish, and experience with 3D machine control (Novatron). Access to a personal car is required to reach the site. We offer wages under or above the InfA collective agreement, paid on time. Hourly pay here ranges from €15.71 to €20, determined by experience and qualifications. We provide interesting and varied tasks, housing, and a dedicated contact person for employment matters.
